Not a bad place if your looking for a quick bite. The gyros were absolutely delicious! I'm giving them 4 out of 5 stars because of the ambience and the fact that they didn't have any fries available when we went. Which my little one was not happy about but we settled for no fries. About the ambience, don't get me wrong, the place wasn't dirty. It just felt like they gave up on the decor, yet either way it wasn't too big of a deal. The gyros were SO good that we will definitely be going back.

Coming here today reminded me why I avoid/HATE chain restaurants. There is no personality overall, and mediocre service at times. Decided to grab a quick lunch with a friend earlier, and immediately once we walked in the place reeked of a horrible stench. Same stench that was present the last time I accompanied her when she got lunch a few weeks back. It just smells dirty..like an old mop smell. Sorry but when I think of gyro meat (an already questionable but delicious meat), the last thing I want to think of really is THIS smell. The guys who work here have been beyond awkward lately. I don't even know how you can have such weird service for someone who only take 4 minutes to prep my food. I think that maybe other locations are not even half as bad, and possibly can be a way better experience than I been having. I am not a complete hater on this chain, just that smell alone made me question everything.

I love gyro meat, and I this location has definitely delivered on both service and food quality. The staff is always very friendly and always willing to answer any questions. Food is great and always very large portions. The ambiance is very nice, I require clean surroundings and this particular Gyroville delivers!

Being a huge fan of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, I was always skeptic about a fast food Greek restaurant. Gyroville delivers fresh well seasoned authentic Greek food. I love their concept which is the same concept as Chipotle and other upcoming causal fast food restaurants. Their menu is fairly easy to navigate and their sauces are all amazing. My favorites include the rice bowls and also the Zeus. Don't forget to check in and get an order of free fries which are addicting.

I don't know why this place has 4 stars gyros are below average no flavor it feels like a McDonald's of gyro places, nothing special nothing terrible just average... It's a chain so it's expected

It's always a pleasure to come here. Not only because of the excellent fresh food, but also because of the very attentive service. They are very customer focused. I have been here several times with the family and will be back again. BTW, make sure you subscribe to their email list for the best deals and always check in for a complimentary goodie.

This location opened up just this past month in the Cobblestone Plaza off of Pines Blvd. just west of the I-75 on the south side. One rainy evening I was too lazy to make dinner so decided to run in here. Had the Salad and topped it with Gyro meat. The meat was tasty and there was plenty of meat for every bit of the salad. Tasty enough that I didn't need any dressing, even though they add it when they are preparing your salad. I asked for very very light dressing. The only problem is, the salad lacked lettuce. The amount of lettuce in comparison with the 2 spoonfuls each of tomatoes, onions, peppers and all other ingredients overwhelms the amount of lettuce they give you. Seems like you're having everything else but lettuce. I guess it all depends on who is making your salad, but I almost wished I would've order it on a pita instead. The portions were satisfying, but from experience, I think the next time if I order a salad here, I'd ask for more lettuce and less of everything else. But, I would definitely recommend having the pita sandwich instead. Gyro meat was definitely tasty BTW, if I didn't already mention it.

This place is not only healthy and delicious but the quality of customer service from Sabrina was exceptional. It was my first visit to Gyroville and upon seeing me looking perturbed, Sabrina asked me what I was interested in trying. I told her my dietary restrictions (I am vegetarian and counting calories/carbs) she suggested the spinach pie with the greek salad. It was awesome and within my calorie range!! way to go Sabrina!!! thanks so much for your suggestion. I think I will get this meal at least twice a week!! It was a cost effective pick as well!!!!

Came in at around 9:30 p.m. and ordered two identical wrapped gyros sandwiches. Instead of reaching down into a stainless steel covered dish fire meat that maybe cold, without asking the male employee had already started heating up the meat on the spickit, which I really appreciated. I really enjoy the variety of toppings and sauces, service is always quick and friendly. Yes I recommend this geek restaurant to anyone.

The food is great, I built my own by choosing Pita Bread, Falafel & Tzatziki. My hubby ordered the Gyro Pita and we had 1 order of fries which were amazing! We cashed in our Yelp Check-in offer (small hummus & pita). Everything was super fresh, they fry up the fries and the falafel when you order them, and that why they taste so good. Customer service is awesome! Bryton is such a nice, energetic guy with the best attitude ever. He is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable right away. This was our first visit here and he didn't rush us and answered all our questions and make great suggestions. (can you tell I'm having a little crush) I can't help it, ever since I moved to Miami, 4 months ago I've had super crappy service and of all the places I've been, I didn't expect to get great service here of all places but I did!! Go, try it all and make sure to get your check in offer of small hummus & pita.

I like this place, I took out my brothers here and we all ordered the Zeus. The staff was great. They even told us to find a seat and that they'll bring the food to us and whatever else we need! Good food, but even better with friends :) It will get you full really quick !

While I'd say that I have had better gyros at small, family-style middle eastern places, Gyroville is pretty good for fast food standard. A easy menu with enough variety and choices to meet different dietary needs, including vegetarian and carb conscious. They have a variety of Tzatziki too, including a spicy Jalapeno Spinach. The hummus has a weird hue, because of the pepper they added in, according to the staff. The service is excellent, the young kid there is helpful and courteous, and we redeemed the Yelp check-in offer without problem.

Only place I know of where you can get a gyro west of i75. Gyros overall are good, a large assortment of toppings, I keep it simple; gyro, pita, tzatziki, red onion, feta, lettuce. I would pass on getting fries. Haven't ordered anything else from there.

A modern twist to the traditional gryo shop. They have sandwiches that are already built, or you can build your own, all for the same price. I was craving a traditional gyro, so I got the pita with lamb and red pepper tzatziki sauce. But after I tried my friend's jalapeno sauce, I had to go back and get some for myself! Check in on yelp and you get free hummus and pita! The pita was delicious, but the hummus was a little on the watery side, enjoyable nonetheless. They were very nice and friendly. They are quick, making your sandwich as soon as you order it and pricing was very comprable to other pita shops. About 8 dollars for my gyro. Would love to come back if it was closer to my home!

  • Lori S.

Chicken pita was very tasty. The hummus was good too. My hubby wasn't crazy about the gyro meat because they pre-shave it and keep it in a steam table. He did like his Greek salad and the hummus.

This is the McDonald's of Mediterranean food - and I don't mean that in a bad way. Sometimes I just want tzatziki on something - and I don't feel like finding a sit down restaurant. This place just opened up in a new shopping center along Pines Blvd right off the Turnpike, and I'm so happy that I have more options near work. The food is good, fries are great... just beware of the platters... it's always more food than I care to eat... but I eat anyway!

Finally a Gyroville close to my house and I have to say this newer location is nicer that some of the other ones. The service has been great every time I have gone. As a matter of fact, I ordered takeout the other night and when I arrived it turned out I had called the wrong location. Nevertheless, the staff went into recovery mode. They immediately took my order, prepared it quickly. They even called the other store to cancel my order for me. Welcome to the West Side of Pines Gyroville!

Love the gyros! I always go with gyro, on pita and Tzatziki. Fast fresh and consistent. Affordable and not too heavy.

Amazing place. Could add some splenda for iced tea but other than that awesome!!

This place is good. The gyros, pita, meats were fresh. The tahiti sauce is great. Maybe a little too much spices on the meat but overall great food.

I love Greek food! I usually crave gyro with tzatziki in a pita so this is my go to place. It is affordable and tastes healthy for a fast food. The servers are very helpful and the atmosphere is welcoming!

Not bad for a quick gyro. As far as food, it's ok. They did serve plenty. I had the Zeus and don't think they gave me pork but I did get plenty of meat. Place was empty which made me pause for a minute. But the place and food wasn't bad. They do give coupons for the next visit. Who knows, I might use it. Better than a hamburger. Please understand, I have been to many gyro places and the meat is fresh(cut from the gyro meat). This place has it already cut and in a serving tin ready to go. Not really a big problem. The main problem I have is that they aren't even Greek. That's why 4 stars over 5. Places in town are a little better. But as I said, not bad for a quick lunch. I Recommend.

The food here is amazing and unique. Probably the best hummus I've ever had and I've been to Israel! I enjoyed all of it. Their bread is incredibly soft and tasty as well. But the only reason I'm not going 5 stars is the staff. They are really not so friendly or accommodating. They really made me feel like I was bothering them. I'll still go back, but I'm not expecting a great deal of warmth from the staff.

I am a former New Yorker so it's been pretty difficult to find a Gyro as good as they make them in NY. However, this has been the best tasting gyro I've had in Florida. They give you just enough meat, everything tastes pretty fresh, tzatziki sauce was ok (too creamy and not enough cucumber), not the best, but still edible. Customer service was great, they even offered a free kids meal for my son (on Sundays). The gyro was good but not amazing. If I am in the area again I will definitely go in again but I will not drive out of my way 25 mins like I did this time.

First off let's start with the staff, may I say they are on their A Game. The food is fresh and Delicious. The gyro is amazing and fresh the chicken is always cooked deliciously and let's not forget the spinach pies!!!!! My boyfriend got the Zeus with the new relish they have and he said it was possibly the most amazing meal he as had! I had the salad which is amazing all the veggies tasted great and the sauces are beyond good!! I prefer the chunky employee I think I recall his name was Alex! He is very nice and customer service is on point! Best gyros in the Pembroke pines

Completely forgot they opened !! Service was speedy, just as one would need to start off the weekend! I was out in 6 mins tops! Greek lamb meat sliced (kinda like amazing meatloaf) onions, tomato, oh so yummy french fries, and can not forget the tzatziki sauce rolled into a delish hell of a mess pita

Went there and food was awesome. Safari as the gyro , one of the best. I've had. The sandwiches look good and pretty plentiful. Love the sides and of course the sauce. For the money can't go wrong.

I really like this place. I had the gyro salad with extra taziki and a side of rice thrown on for extra calories since I'm trying to pack on a few extra pounds before the New Year. I took away one star because the tables were dirty. Will return.

Not five stars just because they do not have tables outside.

I really like the Gyros here. Meat tastes great, ingredients taste great (cucumbers, onions, etc.), and the choice of sauces are plentiful and tasty. I am becoming a regular here.

This is the second time my husband goes there at 9:00 pm and they state "they are packing up" hello?! YOU CLOSE AT 10 pm!!!!!!!! It's ridiculous! If this is a franchise wake up owner?! They are robbing you of one hour of profit!!.. These people are lazy! They had nothing out because they were closing up already.. They should all be fired!

We arrived at gyroville around 6:15. We ordered a gyro pita and and chicken wheat wrap. There are a bunch of sauces like tzatziki and hummus and tons of fresh ingredients like cucumber, tomato, chick peas, etc. and everything tasted great. It's a good change and different than typical fast food. The staff was also great. Alex held the door for us to enter and exit and was busy keeping the restaurant clean. Bryton took our order and was super efficient. He was engaging us in conversation and couldn't have been more friendly. We have been to this location a couple of times as well as others. We find this store to be the cleanest, friendliest and also has plenty of seating and it's easy to get a parking space. We will be back.

Came in to this place late one night after work. Was so tired from the day. Alex greeted me with a smile and was super friendly an accomodating. Was in the mood for a Greek salad and Falafel. I could not decide. Totally cheered up my day and said he could put a greek salad and falafel in a wrap. BAMM! Was so happy. Food was filling and delicious. Wish they had a store in Miami.
